Bucket India specializes in customized and personalized products, including but not limited to mugs, jigsaw puzzles, mouse pads, keychains, pet tags, fridge magnets, tote bags, cushion covers, phone cases, clothing, and other custom merchandise.

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided by you, including photographs, text, names, designs, and shipping details, is accurate and authorized for use. Bucket India shall not be held responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.

All customized products are created based on the content provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for reviewing uploaded images, spellings, names, dates, and design details before confirming their order. Once an order is placed and production begins, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, slight variations in color, print placement, brightness, and appearance may occur between the digital preview and the final printed product. Such variations are normal and shall not be considered defects.

All product prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order if we suspect fraudulent activity, unauthorized transactions, misuse of our platform, or violations of these Terms of Service.

Customers must not upload or submit any content that infringes upon copyrights, trademarks, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any applicable laws. By submitting content, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and reproduce such content. Bucket India shall not be liable for any claims arising from customer-submitted content.

All shipping and delivery timelines displayed on our website are estimated timelines and may vary depending on location, courier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to deliver orders on time, Bucket India cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy. Customized products are generally non-returnable unless the product arrives damaged during transit or a manufacturing defect is identified.

Bucket Products shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website, services, or products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
