Refund policy

At Bucket Products, we believe in showcasing exactly what we sell. As most of our products are customized and made specifically for you, returns and refunds are only considered if you receive a damaged product.

Every product goes through a strict quality check before being dispatched. In most cases, any damage can only occur during transit. Bucket India takes full responsibility for transit-related damages and is committed to ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer.

Once an order has been dispatched and is in transit, it cannot be canceled.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Requests made after this period will not be considered. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing/opening video when opening your package. This helps us verify the issue quickly and enables us to offer a full refund or replacement where applicable.

If an opening video is not available, our team will still review your request and work towards a solution that is fair to both you and Bucket India. However, in such cases, a full refund may not be possible.

In certain situations, our team may ask you to return the product. If requested, the item must be unused, unworn, with all tags intact, and returned in its original packaging. Once the product is received and inspected, our team will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a partial refund, full refund, replacement, or store credit.

To initiate a return request, please contact us at contact.buckets@gmail.com. Our team will guide you through the process once the request has been reviewed and approved. Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of products cannot be returned. These include customized or personalized products made specifically for you, sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, personal care items, and any products that show signs of use after delivery. Since many of our products are custom-made, returns based on personal preference, design approval, color variation due to screen settings, spelling mistakes provided by the customer, or change of mind cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that banks, payment gateways, and credit card providers may take additional time to process and reflect the refund in your account.

Bucket Products reserves the right to reject any return or refund request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
